Welcome to Nodetonet ("we", "us", "Nodetonet"). By creating an account or using our services you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully — they're written to be readable, not impenetrable.
1. The service
Nodetonet provides proxy management, secure tunneling, custom domain hosting, and related networking utilities. Service availability is "best effort". We publish our live operational status at /status.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
- Keep your password and API key secret. Treat them like the credentials they are.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent / guardian's permission, to create an account.
- One human, one account. Don't run multiple accounts to evade limits or bans.
3. Acceptable use
You may NOT use Nodetonet to:
- Carry out illegal activity under your jurisdiction or ours.
- Send spam, phishing emails, or distribute malware.
- Run denial-of-service attacks or scan/scrape systems without authorisation.
- Distribute child sexual abuse material. (Zero tolerance — accounts are terminated and reported.)
- Bypass paywalls or DRM you don't own a licence to.
- Resell raw Nodetonet capacity without explicit written agreement.

4. Billing
Nodetonet is prepaid. You top up service credit; it is consumed as your tunnels run. There is no subscription that auto-renews. Credit:
- can ONLY be used inside Nodetonet — not transferable, not refundable to cash;
- does not expire as long as your account is in good standing;
- bonus credit (the 3% on $100 / $200 packages) is informational accounting only — it has no separate cash value.
If you enable Auto Charge, you authorise us to debit the card you saved with Stripe when balance drops below the threshold you set. You can disable it at any time.
5. Refunds
Because credit is prepaid and consumed in real time, completed top-ups are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge is wrong, email support@nodetonet.com within 14 days and we will investigate.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, do not pay accrued usage, or are inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.
7. Service limitations
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, Nodetonet disclaims all warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement). Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced via email and on the panel. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
